”初めて本格的なアロマセラピーを体験しました。

カウンセリングスペースも施術ルームもセンス良く整えられていて、入った瞬間からリラックスできる雰囲気でした。

最初に担当のAiさんが丁寧にカウンセリングをしてくださり、普段の生活習慣や健康状態、体の悩みについて細かく聞いてくれました。その後、症状に合う精油をいくつか紹介していただき、実際に香りを試しながら自分の好みに合わせて選べます。今回はローズマリー、スイートオレンジ、カモミール、ラベンダーを使用しました。

施術は背面から始まり、仰向けになってからは脚やデコルテまでしっかりケアしていただきました。力加減が絶妙で、ずっと半分眠っているような心地よさ。終わった後は筋肉の緊張がすっきり和らいだのを実感しました。

着替えを終えると、温かいハーブティーまで用意してくださり、最後までとても心地よい時間を過ごせました。

時間に余裕がある方には、ぜひ90分コースでヘッドマッサージまで体験されることをおすすめします。”

"I experienced professional aromatherapy for the first time.

Both the counseling space and the treatment room were beautifully designed with great taste, creating a relaxing atmosphere from the moment I stepped in.

At the beginning, Ai, the therapist in charge, conducted a thorough consultation, asking detailed questions about my daily habits, health condition, and any physical concerns. After that, she introduced several essential oils suited to my symptoms, and I was able to choose my favorites by testing their scents. For this session, we used rosemary, sweet orange, chamomile, and lavender.

The treatment started with my back, and after turning over, she carefully worked on my legs and décolleté as well. The pressure was perfectly balanced, and I felt pleasantly drowsy throughout. After the session, I could really feel the tension in my muscles melt away.

Once I got changed, I was served a warm cup of herbal tea, which made the experience feel even more comforting until the very end.

If you have enough time, I highly recommend the 90-minute course that includes a head massage—it’s truly worth it."
