• お客様のご都合による返品・交換はお受けしておりません。
• 商品の破損や不良があった場合は、到着後 3日以内 にご連絡ください。
• 状態を確認のうえ、交換または返金にて対応いたします。
• 商品到着後は、なるべく早めに状態をご確認いただくことをおすすめいたします。

All of our products are handmade with care. While each item is carefully crafted, please note the following due to the nature of our products:

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience.

• If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receipt.

• After confirming the condition, we will offer an exchange or a full refund.

• We recommend checking the condition of your items as soon as possible after they arrive.

• 送料は全国一律500円、10,000円以上のお買い上げで送料無料です。

• 配送方法は 宅配便（追跡あり） にてお届けいたします。
