Welcome – My Journey as a Therapist

​

Since I was a child, I’ve always felt a deep connection to nature. I loved picking wildflowers by the roadside, feeling the breeze, and being surrounded by the gentle energy of the outdoors.

​

As a little girl, I dreamed of becoming a florist or an artist—and I also loved making beautiful things, especially jewellery.

I eventually studied jewellery design in London, and spent several years working in the fashion and advertising industries. Life was busy and fast-paced, but when the pandemic arrived, it gave me the space to pause and reflect. That time led me to realise that true happiness begins with a healthy body, a peaceful mind, and a balanced heart.

As I began learning more about the body, natural rhythms, and holistic healing, I was drawn to the world of plants—their scents, their gentle power, and the way they speak to us without words.
 

Over time, I found myself being guided toward the path of healing.

The more I experienced healing myself, the more I felt the desire to offer that same care to others.
That’s what brought me to this work—and to where I am now, walking the path of a therapist here in Japan.

For me, this journey feels like carefully gathering scattered beads and threading them together with intention—
a quiet, meaningful process of creating something beautiful and whole.

 

As a certified aromatherapist (IFPA, UK), I now offer treatments that support both the body and mind.
Whether you are visiting Japan or living here long-term, I hope to create a calm, welcoming space for you to rest, release, and reconnect with yourself.
